YOU'RE CAMPING AT

Camp Fest 2026

Saturday 11 July 2026 · 48 hour hire

Skip the pitching and the packing. Your bell tent is up and ready before you arrive, real beds optional, two minutes from the campfire.

ABOUT CAMP FEST

“Camp Fest is our school's big summer camp-out: families pitch up together for a weekend of food, music and games to raise money for the school. Glamping means you can be part of the whole thing without lugging a tent or pumping up airbeds - turn up, drop your bag, and join in.”

Camp the night, no kit required.

Your tent is pitched and waiting on-site at Camp Fest. Add real beds and bedding if you want them, or bring your own. Stay up by the fire, then fall into bed a couple of minutes away. Every tent price includes your £40 share of delivery and collection - nothing extra to pay on the day.

Why stay

Why glamp at Camp Fest?

  • Camp together, not scattered

All the families pitched as one little village, so the kids can roam and the grown-ups can actually relax.

  • No tent to pitch or pack

It's up and waiting when you arrive, and we take it down after. You just turn up and join in.

  • Stay for the whole thing

No long drive home in the dark. Stay by the fire as late as you like, then bed is two minutes away.

The look

What it actually looks like

Start with the tent, then choose the sleep setup. Bring your own kit, keep it simple with airbeds, or add proper beds made up before you arrive.

Wedding guests, said it best

What past glamping guests say

  • So much easier than dragging our own tent. The kids loved it and we didn't have to pack a thing.

  • Real bed, proper bedding, zipped up warm. Nothing like the camping I remember as a kid.

Common questions about glamping at Camp Fest

  • Are beds, bedding and towels included? +

No. The tent price buys the tent, pitched and waiting before you arrive, plus the styling on Luxury. Beds, bedding and towels are add-ons you choose in the booking: single airbed £5, double airbed £10, memory foam single mattress £20, bed frame £10, bedding set £20 per bed (double £40, king £50), towel pack £15 per person. Pick only what you want, or bring your own.

  • How far is the tent from Camp Fest? +

The tent village is pitched right on-site at the Knutsford venue. Short walk from everything - close enough to nip back, far enough to actually sleep.

  • Is delivery included in the price? +

Yes. Every tent price on this page already includes your £40 share of delivery and collection - there's nothing extra to pay on the day.

  • Can a couple share a tent? +

Yes. Two memory foam mattresses pushed together make a king-size bed. Add the king-size bedding upgrade if you want one duvet covering both beds.

  • Can 4 of us share? +

Yes, and it brings the cost down to ~£96pp for an Essentials tent with real beds. Each 5m tent sleeps up to 4 (strict limit). 5 or 6? Look at the XL.

  • Bringing kids? +

Families are exactly who this is for. Adults can have real beds and children can have airbeds if you want to keep the tent flexible. A 5m tent sleeps up to 4, and a travel cot can usually fit alongside the beds.

  • Never glamped before? +

Think of it as a pop-up bedroom, not camping. Your tent is pitched and waiting, zipped and weatherproof, with bag drop on arrival and someone to show you where everything is. Beds, bedding and towels are add-ons you choose in the booking, so bring your own or have it all made up before you arrive. You don't pitch, pack or carry anything.

  • What if it rains? +

Integrated groundsheets, sealed seams. We've never had a guest get rained on inside one.

  • Is it cold at night? +

July is usually mild. Bedding sets include a 13.5 tog duvet, and tents zip fully shut. Bring a hoodie for sitting out after dark.

  • Where are the toilets and showers? +

On-site loos, a short walk from the tent village. Showers depend on the site and we only list them once they are confirmed, so ask us if a shower matters to your plans and we will check.

  • What if I need to cancel? +

Full refund if you cancel 14+ days before the event. Inside 14 days your spot is locked in - if anything changes, message us and we'll do what we can.

  • When do bookings close? +

4 July 2026, or whenever tents sell out (whichever comes first).
