  • Parking

    All cars park in the car park next to the camping field. Short carry from the boot to your tent.

  • Power

    There's no power in the camping field, it's a natural site. Each tent has a battery camping light, and the organisers can charge phones on request. Bring a power bank.

  • Camping with your group

    Tell us in the booking note who you want to be pitched near and we'll do our best to put you together. Booking around the same time makes it easier.

  • What to bring

    Your event ticket, a warm layer, torch, power bank. Bedding and towels only if you didn't add them in the booking. No dogs, the organisers don't allow them on site.

  • Pack-down

    Away by 11am on Monday 19 July. Leave the tent standing, we collect everything afterwards.

Next we’ll ask how many people are staying, then show the bed and bedding options. Groups of 5 or 6 get the 7m XL bell tent automatically.

Common questions about staying at Wild in the Woods

  • Which nights does glamping cover? +

    All three: Friday 16, Saturday 17 and Sunday 18 July 2027. Guest access opens at 11am on Friday 16 July and everyone is away by 11am on Monday 19 July. One price covers the lot, there's no per-night option.

  • Are beds, bedding and towels included? +

    No. The tent price buys the tent, pitched and waiting before you arrive, plus the styling on Luxury. Beds, bedding and towels are add-ons you choose in the booking: single airbed £6, double airbed £13, memory foam single mattress £32, bed frame £19, bedding set £23 per bed (double £46, king £58), towel pack £17 per person. Pick only what you want, or bring your own.

  • How much is a tent for the whole weekend? +

    For all three nights: Unfurnished £167, Essentials £189, Luxury £219, 7m XL £300. Beds and bedding are chosen next and added on top, so a fully made-up four-person Essentials setup with memory foam beds, frames and bedding comes to about £485, around £121 each for the weekend.

  • What's the cheapest way to do this? +

    An Unfurnished tent at £167 split four ways is around £42 each for the whole weekend, and you bring your own beds and bedding. Add two airbeds and it's still under £180 for the tent.

  • Can 4 of us share one tent? +

    Yes. Each 5m tent sleeps up to 4, which brings the cost right down per person. The 7m XL sleeps up to 6. Strict limits for safety, but ideal for keeping your group in one tent.

  • Are the beds actually real beds? +

    Yes. A memory foam mattress on a raised frame, at proper bed height, not a camp bed and not a roll mat. Add the bedding and it is made up before you walk in: a 13.5 tog duvet, a pillow and crisp white hotel-quality linen, the same as you'd get in a good hotel room. £51 a person for the mattress and frame, £23 a person for the bedding, so £74 each for all three nights. Over a long weekend it is the difference between the trip being fun and the trip being endured.

  • Can a couple share? +

    Yes. Two memory foam mattresses push together to make a king-size bed. Add a king bedding set, £58, and it's made up in white linen before you arrive.

  • What if an airbed goes down in the night? +

    Every tent has a spare airbed and pump in it as standard, so there's a backup right there. If you'd rather not risk it, the memory foam beds are £51 a person for a mattress and frame.

  • Can I camp next to my friends? +

    Yes. Tell us in the booking note who you want to be near and we'll do our best to pitch your tents together. Booking around the same time makes it easier for us to cluster you.

  • Where is it? +

    The camping field is near Cheadle in the Staffordshire Moorlands, ST10 2NS. The organisers send the exact location, access directions and gate code to ticket holders, and the track to the camping field is signposted when you arrive.

  • Where are the toilets and showers? +

    Purpose-built toilets, underfloor-heated showers and fresh water points, all 50 metres from the camping field.

  • Is there power in the tents? +

    No. The camping field is a natural site with no power points, and there are no electric hookups. Each tent has a battery camping light. Bring a power bank, and the organisers can charge phones on request.

  • Where do we park? +

    All cars go in the car park next to the camping field, so it's a short walk from the boot to your tent.

  • What time is check-in and check-out? +

    Check-in: any time after guest access opens at 11am on Friday 16 July 2027. Your tent is pitched and waiting. Check-out: 11am on Monday 19 July 2027. Leave the tent standing, we pack down from there.

  • What about rain or cold nights? +

    The tents have integrated groundsheets and sealed seams, built for British weather, and they zip fully shut. July nights are usually mild, and bedding sets include a 13.5 tog duvet.

  • Do I still need an event ticket? +

    Yes. Glamping is your accommodation, not your entry. Book your Wild in the Woods ticket with the organisers first, then book your tent with us.

  • Can I bring a dog? +

    No. Dogs aren't allowed on site at Wild in the Woods. That's the organisers' policy for the whole venue, so it applies to the glamping field too.

  • What if I need to cancel? +

    Full refund if you cancel 14 or more days before the event. No refund inside 14 days. Full terms come with your booking confirmation.

  • What if the event is cancelled? +

    Full refund or transfer to another event.

  • When do bookings close? +

    11am on Monday 5 July 2027, the same moment the organisers close ticket sales. Tents often go before that, so the earlier you book the better your chance of getting the whole group together.
