The look

What it actually looks like

Why glamp at Dirtfest?

Dirtfest is the new off-road multisport weekend from TBF Events - the mass-participation arm of the Brownlee Foundation. Trail runs and junior duathlons on Saturday, gravel sportive and gravel duathlons on Sunday, all on Bramham Park's private, traffic-free estate trails. Camp on site, or skip the cold October tent-pitching and take one of ours.

What past glamping guests say

We've pitched 1000s of bell tents at weddings, festivals and race weekends across the UK - including at Bramham Park.

Common questions about glamping at Dirtfest

  • Are beds, bedding and towels included? +

No. The tent price buys the tent, pitched and waiting before you arrive, plus the styling on Luxury. Beds, bedding and towels are add-ons you choose in the booking: single airbed £15, double airbed £20, memory foam single mattress £30, bed frame £15, bedding set £20 per bed (double £40, king £40), towel pack £15 per person. Pick only what you want, or bring your own.

  • What is Dirtfest? +

A new off-road multisport festival from TBF Events, the mass-participation arm of the Brownlee Foundation. Saturday 3 October is trail running - 5km, 10km and a half marathon - plus junior TriStar duathlons; Sunday 4 October is a gravel sportive and sprint and standard gravel duathlons. Everything runs on Bramham Park's private estate trails, fully traffic-free.

  • Which nights does glamping cover? +

The full race weekend - your tent is yours for the whole event, one price. We'll confirm exact arrival times with your booking confirmation.

  • Do I need to enter a race separately? +

Yes. Glamping is your accommodation, not your race entry. Enter with TBF Events - entries close 1 October 2026.

  • Is it family-friendly? +

Yes - the junior TriStar duathlons on Saturday cater for kids from TriStar Start upwards, and the event copy invites you to camp 'with your family or club mates'. A 5m tent sleeps up to 4, so one tent covers a family.

  • Can I bring a campervan instead? +

Tents, campers and caravans are all welcome at the event campsite, but there's no electric hook-up on site. If you'd rather skip towing altogether, that's what our pre-pitched tents are for.

Show all 16 questions
  • Is there power in the tents? +

No - there are no hook-ups at the event. Each tent has a battery camping light; bring a power bank for phones and bike computers.

  • How cold will it be? +

It's Yorkshire in October - expect mild days and cold nights. Our tents zip fully shut, and a memory foam mattress with a made-up duvet is a very different night's sleep from a mat and a sleeping bag before race morning.

  • Where do I keep my bike? +

Your tent zips fully closed, and a 5m bell has room for bikes inside with you overnight. Bring your own lock if you'd rather rack it outside.

  • How do I get there? +

Bramham Park is between Leeds and Wetherby, just off the A1(M) - leave at junction 44 and follow the A64 and event signage. Sat nav LS23 6ND. Nearest station is Leeds (about 20-25 minutes by taxi); Wetherby has no station.

  • What's Bramham Park like? +

A 500-acre landscaped estate around an early-18th-century house - the same parkland that hosts Leeds Festival and the Bramham International Horse Trials. The gravel and trails you'll race on are normally closed to the public.

  • Can 4 of us share one tent? +

Yes - each 5m tent sleeps up to 4, so the Unfurnished tent works out at £27.50 per person per night with 4 sharing. Strict 4-person limit for safety. Bigger club group? Book tents side by side.

  • What if I need to cancel? +

Full refund if you cancel 14 or more days before the event. No refund inside 14 days. Full T&Cs in your booking confirmation.

  • What if the event is cancelled? +

Full refund or transfer to another date.

  • When do bookings close? +

Friday 25 September 2026, 7 days before the event. Tents can sell out before that.

  • Where can I find race details? +

Distances, entry fees, timings and the event FAQ are with the organiser: tbfevents.co.uk/dirtfest.
