Next we’ll ask how many people are staying, then show the bed and bedding options. Groups of 5 or 6 get the 7m XL bell tent automatically.

Getting married, or planning a private party?

The same pre-pitched village works for weddings, birthdays and private weekends: real beds, a free guest booking page, and everyone stays on site together. Tell us what you are planning.

Common questions

  • Are beds, bedding and towels included? +

    No. The tent price buys the tent, pitched and waiting before you arrive, plus the styling on Luxury. Beds, bedding and towels are add-ons you choose in the booking: single airbed £15, double airbed £20, memory foam single mattress £30, bed frame £15, bedding set £20 per bed (double £40, king £55), towel pack £15 per person. Pick only what you want, or bring your own.

  • Is this a real festival? +

    No - this is a sample page. It shows festival organisers what their guests would see. Your festival's page carries your name, dates, site map, branding, packages and prices, hosted on our domain and linked from your website.

  • What time is check-in and check-out? +

    Your tent is pitched and waiting from when the campsite opens - find your name on the village welcome board. Check-out is typically late morning on the last day.

  • Is it cold at night? +

    UK festival nights can be chilly. Bedding sets include a duvet, and our tents zip fully shut. Cold sleeper? Add a memory foam mattress and a bedding set.

  • What if it rains? +

    These tents have stood up to a lot. Integrated groundsheets, sealed seams. We've never had a guest get rained on inside one.

  • Can 4 friends share one tent? +

    Yes, and it splits the cost four ways. Each 5m tent sleeps up to 4; the XL takes 5 or 6. Strict limit for safety.

  • Can a couple share? +

    Absolutely. Two memory foam mattresses pushed together make a king-size bed.

  • What if I need to cancel? +

    Full refund if you cancel 14+ days before the event. No refund inside 14 days. Full T&Cs in your booking confirmation.

  • What if the festival is cancelled? +

    Full refund or transfer to another date.

  • Do I still need a festival ticket? +

    Yes. Glamping is your accommodation, not your festival pass. Tickets are sold separately by the festival.

  • When do bookings close? +

    Typically 7 days before the event. Tents often sell out before that.
