A NOTE FROM MAX + RUBY
“We would love you to stay with us. Two nights, from Friday round the fire to a slow Sunday morning. Skip the hotel and the midnight taxi; your tent is a two-minute walk from the party.”

With love, Max + Ruby

A gift from Max + Ruby

Max + Ruby are putting £30 towards every tent. Budget is £169, Essentials £195 and Luxury £225 before their contribution; you pay £139, £165 or £195. The couple settle it with us, so you never see a thing.

You save £30 on every tent

Don't miss: Sunday morning bacon rolls on the lawn

THE WEEKEND

Your tent village at a glance

Why stay on-site at the wedding?

Four single beds made up with white bedding inside a 5m bell tent

Stay for the last song

No leaving early to chase a taxi. The night ends when the night ends.

Real bed, proper bedding

Memory foam mattress, duvet, doormat. Not a sofa at someone's mate's house.

Two minutes from the bar

Walk back to your tent, not a 40-minute drive into town.

Breakfast the next morning

Max and Ruby are laying on bacon rolls and coffee on the Sunday, so nobody leaves on an empty stomach.

What past wedding guests say about glamping

★★★★★

"Wow. What a service. Best nights sleep I’ve ever had at a wedding. Ultimate convenience, extremely comfortable. Flawless communication. And fairly priced."

"Myself and my partner stayed in one of the glamping bell tents at our friends wedding and it was fab! It was fully customisable to what you already have, so we had the option to pay slightly less, as we already had a blow up bed and bedding. But if you don't have these things, you can pay abit extra and they will include these for you. Could not fault the service, would definitely use this service again!"

"We used a bell tent for Owain and Rachel's wedding, it was beautiful. The attention to detail within the tent made it even more special. Would highly recommend."

★★★★★

"We hired The Glamping Group for our wedding, they created a website that we could send to guests and they quite literally sorted everything! Guests paid them directly, books everything they wanted and it was taken care of, with absolutely no stress to us. The team were so lovely when I met them on site, asking about the wedding, our plans for honeymoon etc, so friendly and accommodated last minute changes due to weather. Could not recommend Max and the team enough!!!"

"We hired the Glamping Group for our wedding on the 21st June at Bromwich Park Farm. Communication with them was really clear and prompt. Having our own link for guests to book tents was super handy and the tents were all set up a couple of days before our big event. The tents themselves were lovely and the bridal tent was a great touch. Thank you Glamping Group!"

"Max and team were great. They were super easy to work with, providing us 15 tents for guests at our wedding plus a getting ready tent that included tables/chairs, hairdryers and mirrors so all our guests could get ready in a lovely space before our wedding. They also set up a beautiful bridal tent for us so we could share in the glamping experience with our guests! Our guests loved it. Thank you!"

Common questions about staying for a wedding

  • Are beds, bedding and towels included? +

No. The tent price buys the tent, pitched and waiting before you arrive, plus the styling on Luxury. Beds, bedding and towels are add-ons you choose in the booking: single airbed £8, double airbed £15, memory foam single mattress £35, bed frame £20 (a £55 real bed), bedding set £26 per bed (double £40, king £55), towel pack £15 per person. Pick only what you want, or bring your own.

  • Is this a real wedding? +

No. This is a generic preview of what your guests would see if you ran your wedding glamping through us. The actual portal would carry your names, date and venue.

  • How far is the tent from the marquee? +

A short walk, close enough for the dance floor and far enough to sleep.

  • Can a couple share a tent? +

Yes. Couples can push two single beds together into a king, then choose a double bedding set for £40 or a king bedding set for £55.

  • Can 4 friends share? +

Yes. An Essentials tent with real beds splits between up to four of you, which brings the per-person cost right down. Each 5m tent sleeps up to 4.

  • What about rain and wind? +

Every tent has a zipped-in groundsheet, and we put them up in rain and wind. We watch the Met Office forecast all week. In a gale (around 40 mph and above) we'd close the tents up and move guests to a building until it passes.

Show all 14 questions
  • What if the ground is wet? +

Wet ground isn't a problem for bell tents. If part of the field is flooded, we pitch on the driest ground nearby.

  • What if the van can't get close? +

If the van can't get close, we carry everything in by hand.

  • Can I bring my dog? +

Dogs are welcome in the tents.

  • We are a family of five. Can we fit? +

A 5m tent sleeps four. For a family of five, tell us and we'll do our best to fit you in.

  • Where are the toilets and showers? +

On-site loos at the venue. Showers depend on the venue and we only list them once they are confirmed, so ask us if a shower matters to your plans and we will check.

  • What time can I arrive / leave? +

Bag drop from 2pm on the day of the wedding. Pack-down by 11am the next day.

  • What do I need to bring? +

Wedding outfit, toiletries, phone charger, warm layer. Bedding and towels can be added to your booking if you don't want to bring your own.

  • Can I cancel? +

Yes, until Wednesday 2 June 2027 (one month before the wedding weekend): we refund what you paid minus £75. After 2 June there's no refund, but before bookings close you can pass your tent to a friend, change the name on it, or switch package (paying any difference) for free. To cancel, reply to your confirmation email or email [email protected]. If you can't come and we resell your tent, we refund what you paid minus £75. If the wedding is cancelled, you get everything back.
