AN INVITATION
“We would absolutely love you to stay on site with us. We have planned two nights and three days of it, from Friday evening round the fire to a slow Sunday morning, and it just won't be the same without you here for all of it. Skip the hotel and the midnight taxi: your tent is a two-minute walk from the party, so you can be part of the whole weekend, not just the wedding day.”

With love, Emma & Tom

Why stay on-site at the wedding?

Four single beds made up with white bedding inside a 5m bell tent

Stay for the last song

No leaving early to chase a taxi. The night ends when the night ends.

Real bed, proper bedding

Memory foam mattress, duvet, doormat. Not a sofa at someone's mate's house.

Two minutes from the bar

Walk back to your tent, not a 40-minute drive into town.

Coffee on-site in the morning

Compare notes with everyone else who stayed. The best bit of any wedding.

Drop your stuff any time after 2pm on the day. We'll show you to your tent.

Stay as late as you like

Tents are unlocked all night. No designated driver, no taxi countdown.

Toilets and showers

On-site loos at the venue. Showers depend on the venue and we only list them once they are confirmed, so ask us if a shower matters to your plans and we will check.

Common questions about staying for a wedding

  • Are beds, bedding and towels included? +

No. The tent price buys the tent, pitched and waiting before you arrive, plus the styling on Luxury. Beds, bedding and towels are add-ons you choose in the booking: single airbed £6, double airbed £12, memory foam single mattress £30, bed frame £18, bedding set £22 per bed (double £33, king £50), towel pack £16 per person. Pick only what you want, or bring your own.

  • Is this a real wedding? +

No. This is a generic preview of what your guests would see if you ran your wedding glamping through us. The actual portal would carry your names, date and venue.

  • How far is the tent from the marquee? +

A short walk, close enough for the dance floor and far enough to sleep.

  • Can a couple share a tent? +

Yes. Two memory foam mattresses pushed together make a king-size bed. Add the king-size bedding upgrade if you want a single duvet covering both.

  • Can 4 friends share? +

Yes. An Essentials tent with real beds splits between up to four of you, which brings the per-person cost right down. Each 5m tent sleeps up to 4.

  • What if it rains? +

Integrated groundsheets, sealed seams. We've never had a guest get rained on inside one.

  • Where are the toilets and showers? +

On-site loos at the venue. Showers depend on the venue and we only list them once they are confirmed, so ask us if a shower matters to your plans and we will check.

Bag drop from 2pm on the day of the wedding. Pack-down by 11am the next day.

  • What do I need to bring? +

Wedding outfit, toiletries, phone charger, warm layer. Bedding and towels can be added to your booking if you don't want to bring your own.
