AN INVITATION

“Stay on site with us. Two nights and three days of it, from Friday round the fire to a slow Sunday morning. Skip the hotel and the midnight taxi; your tent is a two-minute walk from the party.”

Why stay on-site at the wedding?

What it actually looks like

Real beds, unfurnished tents, styled interiors and simple airbed setups, so you know exactly what you are choosing.

Four real beds, made up before you arrive

The whole village, pitched before you arrive

Luxury · rugs, cushions, faux flowers

Airbeds, the cheaper way to sleep four

  1. 1Choose your tent style.
  2. 2Tell us how many people are staying.
  3. 3Add only the beds, bedding and towels you want.

Step 1

Choose the tent style first.

This sets the base tent package. Beds, bedding and towels come next.

Next we’ll ask how many people are staying, then show the bed and bedding options.

Common questions about staying for a wedding

  • Are beds, bedding and towels included? +

No. The tent price buys the tent, pitched and waiting before you arrive, plus the styling on Luxury. Beds, bedding and towels are add-ons you choose in the booking: single airbed £6, double airbed £12, memory foam single mattress £30, bed frame £18, bedding set £22 per bed (double £33, king £50), towel pack £16 per person. Pick only what you want, or bring your own.

  • Can a couple share a tent? +

Yes. Two memory foam mattresses pushed together make a king-size bed. Add the king-size bedding upgrade if you want a single duvet covering both.

  • Can 4 friends share? +

Yes. An Essentials tent with real beds splits between up to four of you, which brings the per-person cost right down. Each 5m tent sleeps up to 4.

  • What if it rains? +

Integrated groundsheets, sealed seams. We've never had a guest get rained on inside one.

  • Where are the toilets and showers? +

On-site loos at the venue. Showers depend on the venue and we only list them once they are confirmed, so ask us if a shower matters to your plans and we will check.

  • What time can I arrive / leave? +

Bag drop from 2pm on the day of the wedding. Pack-down by 11am the next day.
