Next we’ll ask how many people are staying, then show the bed and bedding options. Groups of 5 or 6 get the 7m XL bell tent automatically. Smaller groups can choose the larger 7m XL at step 2.

  • Are beds, bedding and towels included? +

    No. The tent price buys the tent, pitched and waiting before you arrive, plus the styling on Luxury. Beds, bedding and towels are add-ons you choose in the booking: Single airbed: £15 Double airbed: £20 Memory foam single mattress: £30 Bed frame: £15 Single bedding set: £20 Double bedding set: £40 King bedding set: £55 Towel pack: £15 per person Pick only what you want, or bring your own.

  • Which nights does glamping cover? +

    Three nights, Friday 16, Saturday 17 and Sunday 18 July. One price covers the tent for the lot, and you head off Monday morning, so nobody is packing a wet tent in the dark after the last set.

  • How much is a tent for the weekend? +

    Tent packages for the full weekend: Unfurnished: £230 Essentials: £270 Luxury: £310 7m XL: £390 Real beds and bedding are chosen next in the booking and added on top. These are example prices; every festival's page carries its own.

  • Can 4 friends share one tent? +

    Yes, and it brings the tent cost down to £58 to £78pp for the weekend depending on package. Each 5m tent sleeps up to 4, the 7m XL sleeps up to 6.

  • Can a couple share? +

    Absolutely. Two memory foam mattresses pushed together make a king-size bed. Add a king bedding set and it's made up before you arrive.

  • Can I camp next to my friends? +

    Yes, tell us in the booking note who you want to be near and we'll do our best to pitch your tents together.

  • Is power available in the tents? +

    No mains power in the bell tents. Each tent has a battery camping light. Bring a power bank for phone charging.

  • What time is check-in and check-out? +

    Check-in from when the festival gates open on Friday. Your tent is pitched and waiting; find your name on the welcome board. Check-out 11am Monday.

  • Can I change my booking after I've paid? +

    Yes. Your confirmation email has a link to manage your booking, where you can add beds, bedding and towels or swap your extras.

  • What if it rains? +

    These tents have stood up to a lot. Integrated groundsheets, sealed seams. We've never had a guest get rained on inside one.

  • What if I need to cancel? +

    Full refund if you cancel 14 or more days before the festival. No refund inside 14 days. Full T&Cs in your booking confirmation.

  • Do I still need a festival ticket? +

    Yes. Glamping is your accommodation, not your festival pass.
